Job Overview
Domino’s is seeking a passionate and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing team in Eastpointe, MI. As our Social Media Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping our online image and driving engagement across various social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with our business objectives and resonate with our target audience.
- Create and curate compelling content, including graphics, videos, and messaging that reflect our brand voice and engage our followers.
- Monitor and manage our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok, ensuring timely responses to comments and messages.
- Analyze social media metrics and KPIs to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development to create cohesive campaigns and promotions.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging social media platforms, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to develop innovative strategies.
- Manage our online reputation and address customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Plan and oversee social media advertising, leveraging targeted promotions to drive traffic and conversions.
- Develop training materials and provide guidance to staff on effective social media usage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of various social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices.
- Proven track record of developing successful social media campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics) to track performance and insights.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
